User Agreement
Hart Web Development reserves the right to make changes to the User Agreement
Terms("UAT") at any given time. Players must note that it is their
responsibility to make themselves aware of any changes that might be made to the
UAT. By joining this game, you agree to these UAT's, and understand each law
presented. Players will take special note of section four of the UAT, and agree
to make themselves aware of the additional Game Laws that can and will be
changed at any given time. Failure to recognize changes may result in a jailing
of the given players account.
1. CONNECTION
Hart Web Development does not guarantee connection to any page on this website.
2. AGE REQUIREMENTS
This game may not be suitable for children under the age of thirteen(13). By
joining you hereby state that you are of at least thirteen years of age.
3. ACCOUNTS
Each user is permitted to have only one account. User's that are found to be in
control or have access to more than one account will be punished by the Game
Staff and their accounts jailed. Punishments will vary depending on the
situation. Full discretion will be given to the Game Staff when sentence lengths
are being decided. The main account will gain a minimum of ten jail days, other
accounts will be permanently jailed until deletion.
4. GAME LAW
Each user is required to follow Game Laws that can changed at any given time.
Failure to follow these laws will result in jail time.
5. CONTENT
Hart Web Development does not take responsibily for any publications made by the
users of this site. Although content is moderated to the best of our ability, we
in no way, shape, or form, take any responsibility for the users of this site,
or the content created by these users.
